By the end of November 2009 all the earthmoving and terrain shaping works are completed.

Drainage system has been implemented 100% in all fairways of the course, as well as the modern irrigation system "RainBird". Driving range lighting is installed. This will allow players to use it for training even at night. 

 "Pravets Golf & SPA" will be the first golf course in Bulgaria with such lighting. The lake surrounding the 8th green is completed. In the area of the first nine holes the buggy roads and grassing are finished. Almost all bridges on the course have been built. Most of the conifers are planted.
